Isabela, Puerto Rico - Beach Vacation Destiination

Whether you’re looking for a secluded romantic beach, a lively authentic island scene with surfing waves, shallow pools for toddlers, or wish to relax at an intimate resort by the beach, Isabela has them all.

Beaches are the main attractions of Isabela.  Isabela is a more modern version of Vieques & Culebra, offering miles of sumptuous coastline with little development and rugged beauty as nature intended.  Isabela’s coastal landscape is unique, making its beaches anything but ordinary, offering beach goers plenty of beauty to admire.  The color of the sand varies from light to deep golden honeycomb.  Most beaches are wide with plenty of sand to relax without a crowded feel even on a busy summer day.  Those that prefer beach time relaxed on a lounge chair with their favorite book, will fall in love with Isabela, the only thing distracting will be the sounds of the waves, birds singing, pelicans gliding and waves crashing.  Overtime, the water has created works of art such as caves, wells and blowing holes, giving visitors a variety of sights in which to marvel while on the beach.  We have included a map of beaches in Isabela at the bottom of this page for your convenience.
